美国人口、社会与文化讲座
——老龄化与责任问题
11月4日下午3时50分，崇明校区语信楼一楼报告厅开展了一次为期一小时十分钟的学术讲座。讲座以中美社会与文化为主题，具体讲述了中美两国老龄化问题以及未来对中美社会的影响。
主讲人美国著名社会学家Dr. He Wan女士，获多所名校学位，拥有丰富人生履历。何教授就本次主题给出了三个重要纲领，即如何测量老龄化、什么构成老龄化以及老龄化对于个体、家庭和社会的影响。何教授就这三个纲领展开讲座，以图表形式进行论述，从横向角度显示了中美两国的差异所在，从纵向角度分析并预估了中国的人口趋势走向，使我们得到全面了解。
讲座的最后设置了问答时间，何教授解答了同学对于中国现行二胎政策以及他对于自身作为独生子身负重任问题的解答，并给同学们中肯的提出建议，认真思索现下的严峻社会现状，担起社会重责，明确未来自我发展规划。本次讲座在与会教授们对同学们的美好祝福中圆满结束，同学们从更高的层面和更深的角度理解了作为大学生应该明确的责任和未来自我实现的目标。
Population Burden
Many countries will experience aging populations in the following decade because of declining birth and mortality rates. China will soon join this rank.
The rapidity of the population’s aging has made it more urgent for the adoption of countermeasures. No doubt the key is to build a solitary economic foundation. Meanwhile, the importance shall be attached to overall social progress by changing the backward situation in social security, welfare and service. What’s more, the family care and community services shall also be encouraged.
World population aging is a social progress and economic development. I think, what matters is the working problem attached with the population aging problem. So as solving their own inadequate is the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem of aging population.
